Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has been purchased, except as outlined in our Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) policy below. Items are sold "as is," and it is the buyer's responsibility to review all product details, specifications, and descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.
Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Policy
If your item does not power on or is completely non-functional upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. To qualify for a DOA claim:
- You must provide clear photos or video showing the item does not power on or function.
- The item must be reported within the 48-hour window — claims made after this period will not be honored.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Approved DOA claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds.
DOA claims do not cover items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Software issues, firmware glitches, or compatibility questions are not considered DOA and are not covered under this policy — please contact us for troubleshooting support instead.
